Eco Friendly Swedish Dishcloths
These dishcloths are an excellent replacement for paper towels and sponges! I first received one as a gift and I thought the design was so cute I didn’t actually use it for several weeks. Once I did, I was hooked! I have eliminated my kitchen sponges which can stink and have drastically reduced our consumption of paper towels (saving many trees). I am thankful to the Swedish paper engineer who invented these cloths back in the 1950’s!
Swedish dishcloths are super simple to use:
Just get apply to spill or get damp and it will clean up the mess. Rinse with warm water and set aside. These cloths dry super quickly. To clean simply run on the top rack with your dishes or put in with a load of laundry (dryer not recommended). They typically last 6+ months.
Why are Swedish dishcloths so amazing and eco friendly?
